Dear Rotarians,

You are the custodian of Rotary which can build the communities and bridge continents

I am very much grateful from my core of heart for your lovely affection and faith in me by providing an opportunity to here as DG of RI Dist 3180 for the Rotary year 2010- 11. I assure you that I will do my best of my ability for the glory of our district. With the co-operation and genuine guidance of galaxy of PDG, Dist officers, AG, Club leaders and dedicated Rotarians, its true coming together is beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is success.

In the past few months I have shared my dream with you. All efforts has been made in the recent Assistant Governors, District officers, President 'elect, Secretary elect training seminars to make all of you aware of what is expected from you during the Rotary year 2010- 11. I am sure we will together take the Rotary to newer heights and accomplishments.

Building Communities Bridging continents theme of R.I. President for 2010-11. Remembers that Rotary is a spirit of service. RI President suggested to concentrate on community service projects. Its my belief that our district projects on children welfare, farmers friend project, solar light and comfort station project etc will reflect our concern towards mankind. I expect every club will achieve the presidential citation. And being a Rotarian everyone around you look upon you as a role model of humanism, as a person who would respond to their needs, as a humanitarian who would continue to spell hope and make their dreams real today and tomorrow. Friends read the history of others but create presence of you which must become history to others to read. So kindle the spark within to look beyond yourself to serve the people of the community beyond continents
